Residential Cleaning Specialist
As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you'll be the face of Madison Maid in our clients' homes. You'll deliver consistent, high-quality cleans using our proven methods and premium products. We pair you with a senior team member for your first two weeks so you're fully confident before going solo.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Friendly, professional demeanor with clients
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet
- Background check required
Senior Team Lead
The Senior Team Lead role is for experienced cleaners who want to grow into leadership. You'll oversee a team of 2-3 specialists per shift, ensure quality standards are met, handle client communication on-site, and act as a mentor for newer staff. This is a leadership position with a pay premium.
Requirements
- 2+ years professional cleaning experience
- Previous supervisory or lead role a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable vehicle capable of carrying equipment
- Comfortable with mobile scheduling apps
- Strong problem-solving and client service skills
- Background check required
Client Relations Coordinator
Our Client Relations Coordinator is the warm, organized voice behind every booking confirmation, follow-up, and review request. You'll manage inbound inquiries, coordinate scheduling with the field team, and ensure every client feels valued. This is a remote-friendly role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who loves customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM tools or scheduling software
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Friendly, empathetic phone and email manner
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week, some weekend coverage
