When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone, email, address, and what you want cleaned. Our site also stores a few basic preferences in your browser (like theme) so the site works the way you left it.
What we use it for
Only to run the business: scheduling your cleaning, contacting you about it, and improving the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who sees it
Your booking details go to the cleaner assigned to your visit - they need your address and access notes to do the job. Beyond that, your information stays with Madison Maid.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records as long as needed to run the business and handle any follow-up. If you want your information removed, ask us through the contact page and we will take care of it.
Cookies and tracking
We do not run advertising trackers. Basic site analytics, if enabled, are only used to understand which pages people visit so we can make the site better.
