Photo report every visit
You get timestamped photos of every room after each walk-through. You see what we see, even from 2,000 miles away.
AC & climate checks
We confirm the AC is running and the house is holding temperature. In a Phoenix summer, a dead AC is a burst-pipe-level emergency.
Water run & leak scan
Faucets run, toilets flushed, water heater and under-sink areas checked. Small leaks get caught before they become insurance claims.
Security & storm sweep
Doors and windows secured, garage checked, patio and pool area scanned for storm damage or break-in signs.
Vendor supervision
Plumber, landscaper, pest control — we meet them, stay on-site, and report back. You never have to fly in for a 15-minute appointment.
Pre-arrival ready clean
Flying back in? We do a full ready clean and stock the fridge, so you land to a home that feels like you never left.
